palm held pc's
      #31184 - Sat Dec 27 2003 04:51 PM

Is anyone out there having problems connecting their handheld to broadband internet services, or narrowband. Somebody give me an answer before I go barking mad.

in-built modem, which uses a dial up connection.

aol say broadband is not compatible because its not dial up.

is there another way or is it time to take it back to the shop

There will only be one way to connect to the internet, and that will by using a cradle that will be connected to your PC, probably by USB cable
