Have you enabled Java? I don't know about IE 6, but on IE 5.5, which I'm using, you click on Tools, Internet Options, click on the Advanced tab then scroll down until you find Java. Also, click on the Security tab, Custom Settings and look for "Java Permissions".
Be prepared to restart your computer if necessary.
If that doesn't solve your problem, I'm sure someone will be able to help.
One minor point. Don't take this as a criticism. People can't know unless they've been told, but using capitals is equivalent to shouting. It's more polite to use normal text, like this.
