For some reason I am now unable to perform a disc defrag or clean-up. I have been using End It All for some time to close everything down before trying but now it does not work at all, I stay on 0% idefinately on my defrag.
I have recently installed a new CD-RW and mouse. Could this mess things up?
When you boot up your pc, keep hitting the F8 key, and you'll end up in safe mode. Once you're done with your defrag and disk scan, restart. Poppy aka Susanna
