I think someone is using my broadband connection. I've my desk top pc connected to the D-Link DSL-G624T Router/modem via eithernet cable and my laptop connected wireless using the WPA security feature. The laptop is not switched on. I've changed the password just incase that has been broken. The ADSL and the LAN lights on the router have been flickering and I wasn't on the internet.
Is there anyway of me seeing if someone is connecting to my broadband please?
The ADSL light will flicker regardless of anyone being connected as the router is still connected to the internet. The LAN may well still flicker as most PCs still communicate some power over the LAN cable, even when switched off. If you turn the PC off at the plug you'll see a difference.
