Lost IE7 Tools & Help Buttons

When I installed SP3 for Winxp Pro, Internet Explorer lost the "Tools & Help Buttons".
I need instructions for restoring the "IE Tools & Help Buttons".

Right click on an empty part of the toolbar, place a tick next to Menu Bar and the File | Edit | View | Favourites | Tools | Help will now show.
