Hello waynesworld. The easiest way that I have found is find the page that you wish to post, copy the http:/ect and then just paste it on your post. What I have done whilst browsing the web and on finding an interesting link is copy it to notepad for future reference.

When you type your message and you get to the point where you want to insert a URL, just below where you are typing you will see a group of words headed 'Instant Mark-up'. If you click on the phrase 'URL' it will open a box for you type in the website address you want to tell people about. When you have done that, click OK and another box will open that will allow you to put in what ever phrase you want to appear on the forum as a link to the website.
