I woulld dearly love to see WU dump Zinio for their digital subscriptions service. I have never come across a more user-UNfriendly site and a company that has a customer service level that is second to everyone!!!
I have magazine issues that do not appear in my account for download. There is links on the site that constantly send you in a 'loop'. The customer service section is operated on a 'support ticket' basis. I have received an email telling me that my ticket is updated and ready for viewing but I have been trying for over an hour to find the support ticket page and still can not see it
Crap service...crap website and an unbelievably crap company.
Please WU..there must be other digital download operators out there that can provide a far better service (which won't be difficult!!). This company is dragging the good name of Webuser into a dark place

Oh dear. A few days ago I was thinking about subscribing to the digital version. I subscribe to the mag at the moment and have had a couple of instances where the mag has not turned (got them now though), and thought It might be better to subscribe digitally to stop this from happening. But it doesn't sound very promising!
