I suppose people might go for it who don't want to spend the time getting all of the same features for free elsewhere on the web, or who don't knowyou can get lots of the same things for free.
My main concern would be the company itself which is apparently based in the Ukraine.

First thing I noticed about it, no page rank. Secondly all it's "features" are available already and the most alarming noise was about SEO techniques to use, if they were so good their home page wouldn't show PR0.
