Webuser Forums: Any help on a 123-reg problem?

Hello

I am a new user here, I hope you don't mind me asking for some help or advice.

My problem is I have a new e-commerce site with 123-reg. I have been doing some test marketing using Google ad words (which isn't cheap!) I have a had a few orders. I have been keeping an eye on the customer activity and noticed some people have been putting items in their basket but I had not received the orders. So I did a test order (sorry for the long windedness)...

I put some items in my basket, filled in my address and went to pay - then the page went blank and my basket emptied!

I am now beside myself on what the problem is. Nothing has changed in the settings - like I said before I have got orders, plus I had already done a few test orders which all went through fine. I really have no idea how this has happened.

Has this happened to anyone or does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
I have been to support site on 123 but their ask a question form is down at the moment and I can't phone them until tomorrow!

I would be very grateful for any advice.
