After receiving a download from microsoft i have encountered a problem. I can open a main page without a problem but if i click a link or on some sites try to access my account for that particular site eventually i get a message saying We could not open the window you requested please attempt re-configiuring your firewall or ad-blocker and try again.
What was the download from Microsoft? Can you do a System Restore back to a point before this happened? You don't say what OS you're running, so I don't know if you have System Restore. Madeline. To err is human; to foul things up totally, you need a computer.
