I use a browser called Avant (IE shell) which is my preferred browser over IE7 or Firefox. I have used FF and like some of the features, but as I said, I still prefer AB.
However, for some reason I find that there are times when both Avant and even IE7 cannot login into a particular forum I simply must get into. I've cleared out the cookies, and internet history, and the PC has been shut down on occasion but still the problem persists. I contacted the forum, and they sent me a new password, but that didn't work either.
Anyone have a clue what going on? I'm at a loss as to why AB and IE7 won't let me login. Incidentally, Firefox will let me login - but why? Any experts want to give me an clue?
