configuring new printer/scanner to new email location

new printer/scanner/copier !!! cant change email setting to incredimail keeps scanning to email setting outlook express!!! tried changing and when i put location in for incredimail says not found please help up til 1.15 am this am arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
