this box constantly appears when i'm browsing the web.it started on last month and also happens on my laptop.the work offline box appears and reads: no connection to the internet is currently available to view internet content thet has been saved on your computer click work offline click try again to attempt to connect
when i click connect it always connects no problem but why has the box appeared all of a sudden? i am using ie7 on xp please help!

Sorry, you'll have to explain that. Assuming you only have one ISP and therefore only one t/p line surely both PCs are connected to the router either by ethernet cable or wirless?

i am cable with virgin.one pc is direct from the router the laptop is wireless. hope this helps.

So let's recap. You have a Virgin Media modem connected to their cable. You have a wireless router connected to the VM modem via an ethernet cable. You have a PC connected to the router by ethernet cable and a laptop connected to the router via wirless. Is all that correct?
If it is, what is the make and model of the router?
