Down2Home problem

Does anyone use Down2Home to monitor their Broadband usage? For some reason every time this program starts, it immediately closes again. I checked my Firewall settings (Zonelever) and discovered (probably after I upgraded) that the program was not granted Internet Access.

I have now changed this, but I still have the same problem

Can anyone help?
