Having had a problem with losing my 'green ADSL light' every few mintues, I spent a couple of hours last night talking to the Netgear support people. I tried: re-uploading the latest firmware (they thought it might have become corrupted), doing a 'hard reboot' - pressing a paper clip into a hole in the back of the unit, powering down and up etc., and lastly changing my microfilter. As a result of all this, I now seem to have a 'permanently on' ADSL light but cant access anything on the internet!!! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what has happened and how I can rectify it? (I have a Netgear DG824M). Thanks.

green is good
maybe the upload of firmware has overwritten the settings necessary to connect to your isp?
run install disk that came from isp?
