Hi there - this is my first post - so hello everyone ! I've had an incredibly frustrating week on line. I'm a Virgin customer on 20mg - my download speeds are very respectable but for some strange reason my general page to page browsing in the past week is slower than dial up - hugely frustrating I'm sure you will agree. I did manage to access this site fairly quickly but using MySpace and Expedia for example are just pointless - and I'm trying to arrange a holiday !!!
I was on the phone for 25mins with the Virgin help desk but utimately got no help - There was no problem with the network or my modem and I should try another PC - cause I've got 3 or 4 just kicking about the house ?? Not.
I've ran all my anti virus stuff and reinstalled Firefox as my browser but still no change. Has anybody experienced this ? Is it a PC problem or internet based ?

Im also on Virgin, and have been having the same problems. On useing Firefox the page timeouts, and on IE it just goes on loading forever and never completes. If I refresh the page it loads.
I think Virgin are over selling, and we are suffering with congestion!
