I've had problems with Tiscali since day one...frequent outages, inability to connect on a regular basis. Latest problem is, when I try to connect to the Net, from time to time...not every time..I get "Error 619-password rejection". Then, if I try again a short time later it connects. Tiscali say that I have an internal problem and advise me to disconnect my supply and reconnect. I'm reluctant to do this because I believe it's a problem at their end. I'm in South Wales, anyone else getting this message and problem and any advice.

Why? If Tiscali have offered you some advice at least you should try it before going any further.

I did greysts, it was the stock reply from their pre-written script and didn't address or indeed answer the point I raised..."Could the problem be with Tiscali?" That went unanswered/ignored. Their predictable response was to disconnect and reinstall the Broadband, replete with a couple of pages of photos! I reluctantly did this and promptly couldn't reconnect it as I feared. Thank God for System Restore. I assume you're not with Tiscali brother!!
