Is my firewall at fault?

Please, will someone help me with this problem. I can't register with any sites and someone suggested that my firewall may be the problem. If this is so, then what do I do about it?

I cannot see the firewall causing the problem.

If you are using a free or paid for firewall other than windows firewall try turning it off and turn windows firewall on and try again.

Remember to only run one firewall at a time or you may have problems.

nannarose, I am locking this thread as you've already posted here and I have also closed a similar post too.

The Broadband forum is for broadband connection problems only.
