Just switched to Virgin from BT

and so far so good.

However, there are a few problems - we can't view Youtube without what looks like massive buffering problems (pauses every couple of seconds etc)

I did an indepth speed test thingy to see if I could find the problem and it all came back OK (better than OK) apart from something called Packets (or something) whereby it failed all of them.

A) are these things connected and b) if yes what to do. If not, then what do I do about these problems, albeit separately!

Im opn virgin and i can view youtube fine, what package are you on btw,
