Hello
My printer has started smudging slightly at the top of text and also causing hairline thin horizontal gaps every few lines. I've carried out a nozzle clean several times and print tests are ok. Anybody got a clue what this could be?

Sounds as if one of the nozzles in the print head is blocked or damaged. Have you cleaned the paper rollers in the printer and cleared out all the paper dust?

Hi greysts
Thanks for replying. How would paper dust in the rollers block or damage a nozzle? Incidentally, how do I clean the paper rollers? I can't find anything about this in the instruction book or the Help in the program. Any tips appreciated.
