loading software onto my computer
      #368813 - Wed Oct 17 2007 06:22 PM

Hi
Can anyone help me with this problem please

I have recently had a sony Walkman NWD-B103 and I cannot get it to work. You plug it straight into a usb port and it should transfer files automatically.
When I plug it in it starts to look for the hardware and then it says that an error has occurred and the data is invalid, there is no disk or anything else but the stick. I then try to load in my camera which is a casio ex-Z1050 the software for the pictures is ok but when I try to attach my camera im getting the same message as with the walkman. I have windows XP on the computer and other things eg another camera has been ok. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks
