keep getting error message windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.Desktop disappears have to restart to get
desktop back.Also when i click start get programs menu run the mouse over programs there is no highlighting of programs so cannot open any.Can someone identify
problem. thanks
