Probs creating playlists on Creative Zen Touch

Instruction manual only gives instructions on how to create playlists on the MP3 itself, which is abso impossible to do. When you create a playlist on the MP3 all the tracks on the bloomin' thing are included on that playlist which defeats the object of creating playlists. Tried to create one on the Creative MediaSource Organiser but I'm not having any luck. Can anyone help me out here please thanks alot.
