problem with sound device

when trying to play music on my desk top pc , the message , problem with your sound device appears . when in device manager there is a yellow ! on multimedia audio controller . and it says its not installed but when i click reinstall the wizard says it cannot find the correct software, PLEASE HELP SOMEONE

OK you need to install the driver, do you know the make and model of your soundcard?

hi sorry dont no what make my sound card is, my pc is an E -system if thats any help

Have you tied to update the driver in Device Manager? (Right click, update driver).
If this doesnt work I would think that your soundcard is AC97.
Download new drivers from HERE
