I bought this mp3 cause it was cheap at a fiver but i have found it Diffcult to operate i just have about got to know how to work it but when i downloaded my music files to it i got a error msg saying you need to subscribe to play music files I spoke to a advisor at sandisk UK who went thru WMP options the version of WMP 11 they should give you a licence to play your music files but it seems i don,t have the option the version the sandisk guy had that he was looking at at the other end of the telephone was looking at his did, any how Is there another player like real player that will let me play my music files? any help advice much appreciated or i can see this mp3 going in the bin .
