i have been trying to burn CD's to play in the car, my own car cd player will play mp3's but the limo i drive won't, what format of music should i be looking for, to play in a standard cd player, i'm also having a similar problem with mpeg videos not playing in the dvd player.
managed to sort it now, i was trying to use wmp 11 to burn discs and then tried roxio which also didn't work. i have now downloaded nero which works just fine.
I ask because mine came with Roxio but I find the CDs I burn with that will only play on a PC and the same goes for WMP 11? I'm looking for software that I can use to burn CDs that can then be played on stereos as well as PCs? Is NERO compatible with Vista?
Nero has incompatibility issues with vista. Burrwalnut has been trying to help me sort it out but without any success i've now uninstalled Nero and am looking for something similar which is compatible.
I'm using Nero 7 on my Vista laptop with no problem at all. I did visit the Nero site before installing to make sure I had all the latest Vista fixes.
