Hi...I recently bought my mother a computer for her 70th bday so she can stay in touch with our family in Australia...she has an NTL phone and cannot afford broadband so I wanted to set her up with dial up? Does anyone have the NTL dial up ISP details...I have searched online but cannot find? Most ISP's seem to say that you need a BT line (including Virgin who just taken over NTL!) Please help ;-))
Oh dear, I am sorry about that . Have you or your mother telephoned VM about the options that may be available for her? Their number is 0845 840 7777 or, try one of the free alternative numbers listed below (from "Say No to 0870") which although will probably be for the wrong department, they usually transfer the caller to the correct department.
