Hi, all. I am trying to help my Dad to clean up his PC. He gets a pop-up on AOL that says, "waol.exe-ordinal not found the ordinal 22 could not be located in the dynamic link library COMM.DLL." What on earth is that? I have installed and run Spybot SD, AdAware SE, Spyblaster, and Spyguard, and he already had Norton antivirus which he updates and runs regularly. He has windows XP. Oh, yes, I also downloaded and ran Registry Mechanic and CCleaner.
