I can't remember the name of the program that I used to use, but a quick search on download.com brought up Internet Usage Monitor 7.7.

Hi Rob,
Sorry for not replying earlier, as I have been away. Thanks for your suggestion of that programme, I have downloaded it and it is doing the job.
Thanks

Your link to CNET gives: This title is no longer available!
Do you have another link?

Download.com obviously changes its URLs from time to time. If Puta's new link doesn't work in 3 months' time, just try typing Internet Usage Monitor into Download.com's search box.

The fact that the original post is over 3 1/2 months old might have something to do with the link been unavailable!
BTW: Wouldn't Lazarus have been a more appropriate username.

Surely not! Of course, that's the beauty of being able to search for things on the 'net (even though it's a dead link, download.com helpfully takes visitors to its search page).
PS: Who or what is Lazarus?

Lazarus was the brother of Mary and Martha!

According to the New Testament, Lazurus was raised from the dead by Jesus.

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really? Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Rob, what kind of education did you have! I thought everyone knew who Lazarus was

I've got 4 "A"-levels and two degrees, but nobody ever taught me about the bible. Maybe it's due to going to a state school, instead of a public school.
I still don't understand the Lazarus comment.

John.12
1: Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.

TFC was referring to the fact that dancer69 had resurrected so many old posts that maybe her username should have been Lazarus instead - hope this helps, I wasn't trying to be cheeky or insulting, I was just surprised you'd never heard of him

Now I understand! I don't mind cheeky, and I definitely didn't take it as an insult.
Despite my almost infallible knowledge about correct apostrophe usage, I'm not very well read, and have almost no biblical knowledge.
