Internet Connection Dial Up

I am connecting using dial up through Tiscali. Using windows XP and IE6. Recently, it has been disconnecting itself after approx 6 mins. I tried to delete IE6 and reinstall, but it keeps telling me it is in use. I have installed Mozilla Firefox to see if this sorts the problem out, but to no avail. It still disconnects after 6 mins. Any Ideas ???????

Go to the Hijackthis forum, read Andrews post at the top of the thread for full instructions. Then post a Highjackthis log, if the issue is malware related, we'll try to help you if we can.
