hi can somebody tell me how to get the photos off phone to pc?motorola v3 have got the cable that came with the phone and also got motorola mobile phone tools but when i connect the cable/phone to comp nothing comes up when i open phone tools and connect phone to comp it cant find it?do i need another cable?ihave downloaded the drivers for the phone,thinking i might have wrong usb cable the one i have came in box with phone the number on it is SKN6371C any ideas

I find that the software that come with phones either useless or don't do exactly what you want of them.
So I opted for a bluetooth dongle to transfer data from the pc to the phone and vice versa.
It's quicker and a hell of a lot easier and you don't have to bloat your pc with junk you don't need or use.

You seem to have the correct cable and software but are you plugging the USB cable direct into your PC or into a USB hub?

hi thanks for the replies yes im plugging the usb lead straight into a usb slot in the comp and i know this slot works as i use it for my mp3 player,the comp can`t find the phone anywhere

That seems to suggest that perhaps the cable is damaged. Can you connect to the PC via Bluetooth?

hi
no cant connect to comp dont have bluetooth on it,and not wireless,as for the usb lead i have a second one that i have just unsealed and still the same ,looking like a dongle purchase
